I’ve been working at OfficeMax for about a month. I went in at four today and after I clocked in I went to go use the restroom. While I’m taking a piss I notice the person in the stall next to me making a lot of noise. Suddenly the person yells and then says “oh shit” and right after that I hear the sound of a blast of air. I thought maybe it was an emergency inhaler making the noise and the person was having an attack. They yell again and come running out of the bathroom. Turns out it was some kid who looked to be around late middle school age. The kid had stolen one of those compressed cans of air that are used to clean computers and was attempting to inhale it to get high. The cops were called but the kid leaves and his grandmother comes in saying her grandson doesn’t do drugs and that they have a lot of those cans and he’s never done this before… :dubious:
Kind of sad to see the refusal to accept the truth some people have when something like this is reavealed to them. Man I feel bad for that kid.
