Are there any good sites, and if possible android apps that are similar to crackedor zergnet with regards to interesting articles, interesting lists, etc? I know cracked has an app and I already installed it, but I don’t see anything for zergnet on android.
Mental Floss is an excellent site. No Android (or iPhone) apps, though.
Not an app, no, but if you have a Mental Floss subscription, it is available on Android through Google Magazines.

There are literally dozens, if not hundreds of websites like this (ETA: list sites, no necessarily sciencey and all). 99% are crap, and survive by plagiarizing Cracked and similar. Mental Floss is good. I take it you’re interested in facts and such?
For sites like Cracked, you can used slideshow view instead of article view. However, I prefer article view for both desktop and Android.
I don’t know if they make a Flipboard app for Android, but mentalfloss, buzzfeed, etc. are all on flipboard.
So you’re really looking for a list of list sites?
Have you tried listverse? Doesn’t seem too updated and not much commentary, but it’s there.
