I’m Netscape thru and thru! The (current) main things that keep me adherent are the fact that I can go back and forth in my history with the mouse wheel!
Net. 7.1 has an awesome pop-up stopper built in too! (If you’re into it) mlb.com puts up a pop-up EVERY time you click on something, and then ANOTHER pop-up EVERY time you go back. The newest Netscape blocks ALL of those. But it still let’s you open a new window if you want to “watch” a game, or open another window.
When not using Safari, I use Camino, which is Mozilla based. I like my browsers to do just that, browse. I rather dislike overly bloated browser packages that try to do everything.
Whichever one is right for the website I am going to. Usually Netscape 4.78, but I use Netscape 7.1 or IE 6.whatever when I hit a browser specific site. I hate those.
Whatever floats yer boat. As long as your using the latest-ish version, you shouldn’t have any problem, since most sites should be built to be standards-compliant. That being said, most designers will probably make sure their site works perfectly well in IE.
