Large chunks of the internet are working poorly or not at all. For instance, Hulu won’t load at all. Netflix is very, very slow. On the other hand, Google sites and services are just fine. I know that some major routers in North America are down, but I’m not sure if that’s enough to account for all of this issue.
I’ve had that before with just my Wi-Fi or DSL having a lot of interference. Stuff like Google seemed to work because the number of packets is small, but stuff like video wouldn’t work.
I’ve also had issues where it seemed that there was a problem with the DNS server, and only those sites I’d visited recently worked–since the PC already knew its IP address.
