I agree 100%, and I’ve said that I feel that he should lose his job. What I dispute is that he should be charged criminally for a civil rights violation.
I wonder if that JP realizes that every Black couple he marries has at least one “interracial” member, whatever that means, and most likely two, unless they have just flown in from Africa.
Nitpick: if you refuse service to a black guy in your restaurant because he’s not wearing shoes, that’s not racial discrimination, and it’s pretty much always legal.
Another nitpick: I said “blacks” (whites/Asians/etc) not “a black guy”
I’d be also interested to know why he feels qualified enough to decide not to let grown adults make their decisions, good or otherwise.
It is even more than racial discrimination, it is an attempt to extend the power of the state into the decisio nmaking of its citizens without any mandate.
