Inversion boots dangerous?

Hanging upside down sounds relaxing - the spine stretch, the blood rush to the head, etc… I don’t want to do exercises with it I just want to hang from a chin up bar once in a while. Even hanging from a chinup bar with my arms is relaxing except, of course, for my arms. I don’t have any illusions that this is some Kellogian road to health, but is it dangerous?

I didn’t care for the blood rush part, but feeling my poor back unkink was great. I suspect it wouldn’t be very good for you if you have circulatory problems.
