My preferred input method on my iPaq is the Block Recognizer which uses similar letter keystrokes as the Palm Grafitti.
Although I can write the alphabet, I don’t know the correct pen strokes to enter special charatercs and punctuation marks.
Where can I find a chart that details how to enter these characters?
There is a neat built-in utility that shows which gestures you should use to enter special characters.
On your iPaq, open up Pocket Word and enable the Block Recognizer. Click on the button marked “?”. On the new screen, click the “Demo” button and follow the instructions. After you select a character for the Ipaq to deomonstrate, an animated drawing displays the proper gestures.
