What’s killed (in a direct way: bullets, bombs, etc) more - the American army, or sectarian violence?
My friend was trying to argue that it may be close, or that the former may have actually killed more.
I maintain that even allowing for huge discrepancies, the # of people killed in Sunni-Shia conflicts is going to be a lot larger.
