How is Iraqs military now that most of American combat troops left the country?
Most of the US forces have the right to go out of bases and take pre-emptive strikes against insurgents they think are attacking them, and with recent rise in violence and bomb attacks against applicants, do the Iraqi military have the capabilities to contain the insurgency, and is the state still weak or is it growing stronger?
