I know people are not at their best when being interviewed by the media, and I really should not find it funny as it involves the death of a family member but the brother of convicted killer Ronnie Lee Gardner really should have rethought the phrasing of his interview.

I do have sympathy for anybody losing a family member but I have to confess that I snickered when I read that.
