I think Murder 1 is a bit harsh for this, but Reckless Endangerment or even Manslaughter are wholly appropriate.
I’m not sure how a current thread in the Pit inspired a thread that has already been dormant for well over a year.
The topic is worth discussion, but I think it deserves its own thread if we discuss it now.
