This is fear-mongering. Missionaries have done untold good works for the poor, sick, very young and very old across the globe. The help they provide is free, no conversion necessary, and consists of feeding and housing the poor, as well as distributing necessary medicines and teaching indiginous peoples how to farm, herd, irrigate, etc, etc.
So what if they ask you to listen about Jesus. You can always refuse and still receive the aid.
