Is An Old "Excelsior" Press Worth Anything?

I ask because my late uncle has one. For those unfamiliar, the “Excelsior” press was a small printing press, that could be used to make cards, invitations, announcements, etc. They were made from about 1920 to the late 1950’s. Needless to say, no business actually uses these things today, so whatever value they have depends upon what collector demand might exist for them. I’ve contacted some local antique stores, but nobody knows anything about these. What can i do to see if there is any value for this item?

Go on ebay and check solds. For complete presses prices range from low hundreds to just over $1000.
