I think the key phrase here is “babbling academic”. So, he doesn’t want any one checking “White” on the census form? He still seems a bit nutty to me. Perhaps I would change my mind if I read his books, though…

You miss the point. I am not aware of any “anti-racists” in Japan demanding an end of Japanese privilege in Japan.

I am not aware of any “anti-racists” in Nigeria demanding an end to black privilege in Nigeria.

“White privilege” really just boils down to the existence of White people in a majority White society. The only way to abolish it is to reduce Whites to a minority and force them to integrate with non-Whites, which will inevitably have the effect of assimilating Whites and blending them out of existence.

When non-whites are exterminated, its called genocide. For example, there was never any conspiracy to get rid of the Australian aborigines. They were just slowly pushed off their land, occasionally murdered, and assimilated by intermarriage, just exactly what is happening today to White people.

See folks? Just occasional murders, no big deal. Exactly like what happens to white people today. I mean, just yesterday, my white friend was occasionally murdered… This occasional murdering really bugs me. I can’t be the only one!

The entire point of genocide is that it’s intentional, and intent has to come from someone. Look at any definition of the term. There is no such thing as accidental genocide. If there’s no intent, you’re just using a hysterical term for demographic change. I’m not sure why you are bothering with this when you already said flat-out that there is a conspiracy behind this purported genocide, but maybe you’re expecting nobody will be impressed with the first claim and that the second represents an easier mark. Both claims are ludicrous and you’ve demonstrated neither.

Now, if these arguments have been debunked thousands of times, why can’t you provide a brief summary of said debunking, because I have never heard or seen it.

Damn all this forced integration! Just the other day, I had to ride on a train with people a different color than me! You are just plain wrong sir. As I have already shown, there was no conspiracy to exterminate the aborigines, but it happened anyway.

The latest research in genocide studies reveals that there is often no plan to exterminate a group. Rather, it just happens as a result of ethnic conflicts that get out of control.

Settler colonialism, what you euphemize as “demographic change” when it happens to white people, is inherently genocidal because the new population seeks to replace the new. You can read about it here:

Cecil is always happy to answer questions on racial topics, which give him the opportunity to alienate vast new segments of his already disgruntled readership. The likelihood is that widespread interracial mating would result in rapid (i.e., within several generations) lightening of skin tone among that portion of the population we now inaccurately call black.

Cecil bases this statement on his anthropological researches in Brazil, where he conducted a combination field trip and all-night beach party several years ago. Racial mixing in Brazil is common and in fact has come to be a point of national pride there. This apparently traces back to the rabbitlike sexual proclivities of the original male Portuguese settlers, who liked dark-skinned women and who also were accustomed to assembling vast hierarchies of wives, mistresses, and concubines, with whom they cheerfully begat kids by the cartload.

The story is told of one Correa (called by the Indians Caramuru, “man who makes lightning”), a European who may have been a castoff from one of the original exploring parties. He supposedly fathered an entire village full of people in the present-day state of Bahia, over which he presided as chief.

The current population of Brazil exhibits an amazing variety of racial characteristics in every conceivable combination, including such novelties as the blond Afro. Skin tones range from very dark to very light. The belief among Brazilians, however, is that the population is “bleaching,” and in fact the percentage of inhabitants who describe themselves as white has been steadily increasing during Brazil’s history, even though a large percentage of such persons actually is of mixed ancestry. (Admittedly there has also been substantial immigration from Europe.)

This is not to say that Brazil is necessarily headed toward some sort of national average, skin-tone-wise. While overt racial hostility is virtually unknown in the country, there is a widely shared feeling that a light skin is more desirable than a dark skin.

For this reason, dark-skinned people make an effort to mate with lighter-skinned folks, with the result that the percentage of persons of pure-blooded African descent is small and in all likelihood steadily decreasing. On the other hand, the number of pure-blooded Europeans is sizable and likely to remain so.

The upshot of all this, some think, is that eventually Brazil will probably have a fair number of pink people, a whole passel of brown people, and not very many black people. Cecil regrets to report that he failed to investigate the impact of this development on the Brazilian Band-Aid industry, but he promises to do so at the earliest opportunity.

Wait…sorry…but as a white person, exactly what parcels of land have my kind been pushed off of? I’d hate to accidentally try to buy a house somewhere where my race has been banned. And please don’t try to offer the example of Native American reservations, for the following reasons:
-All of “this land” belonged to them first. We pushed THEM off it, and then grudgingly allowed them to keep a few worthless scraps.
-As has been shown already, non-Native Americans are generally welcome to live on reservations.

Also, “occasionally murdered”? Again, where are these occasional murders of white people for being white happening, so that I can avoid them?

Ignatiev is certainly controversial, but he doesn’t want to exterminate anybody. His How the Irish Became White was fascinating.
