OK. It’s just past 2 AM. I am usually up this late doing nothing, but for some reason tonight, I am losing it. I have that feeling like I just saw a ghost. I keep getting those cold chills running up my spine, and I get this intense feeling that there is someone in the room watching me. There’s not.
I can’t resist looking over my shoulder. I know I’m not going to see anyone, but a part of me still expects to. As I write this, I’m looking behind me. This room gives me that feeling anyway sometimes, like I’m being watched, but never this bad. I’m seriously freaking out, and to top it off, I have this creepy beat to some song stuck in my head now.
I have no idea why I’m even posting this, I guess I just have to actually convey to someone this strange feeling I have right now. Any thoughts? Anyone out there think maybe a ghost is here with me or somethin? Or do I just need to get some sleep?
The room’s not unnaturally cold, is it? (or colder than normal)
Seriously though, I hate that feeling. Don’t know what it is, but sometiems it feels like someone’s been walking on your grave, and you get that chilly feeling. I don’t know about a ghost or other paranormal presence, either. You might also just need to get some sleep as well, like you said. I know I do, and it’s only 11:30 here. Good night, and hope that feeling goes away soon!
OK. I feel a little better. The feeling slowly went away. And to finish it off, my friend showed me this site. http://www.foxrocks.com/twisted/spacepeoplevideo.swf It’s funny, yet a bit creepy in it’s own right. I scares me.
It’s possible, since that particular room gives you that feeling more than just this one time. Usually the best thing is just accept that that room may be haunted but as long as you’re not hurt, just shrug it off.
My theory on hauntings and ghosts is that its psychic residue left over from some strong emotion or attachment and that the “ghost” usually doesn’t know its there at all.
