Is anyone knows where can I find landing ship tank for sale in Australia?

Anyone have any ideas? we have to get building materials to an undeveloped island where we’re building lodge.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Google is your friend… along with a million or so in readies. Unless you only really need something dinky.

The white shoe brigade doesn’t have enough toys?

Here’s the news of the national conference, stating there’s about 20 still running.

Not sure they can carry the load you are thinking of.

Why not just make a barge from 44 gallon drumps tied together.

oops nm

I believe you may be looking for an aluminium oyster boat assuming your not heading too far into the open ocean.

I’d contact and ask advice from shipping offices near your departure point. They may even quote you a price for delivery cheaper than you could do it yourself.

You just need to hire a small landing barge for a day. Where are you precisely? I know people.

Did he really ask for an LST?

Haha, maybe not a good idea

We’re going to start our project this September and I thinking after we build it we will use this as a regular transportation to this Island. So I still looking for a great recommendations and advice where I can find the best LCT. Thanks for the reply

What are you transporting in regards to size/tonnage/roll-on roll-off capability? Do you need self-powered or a barge and tug? Is there a dock at each end? Distance traveled? Speed needed? Sea State?
I’m saying, we’re going to need a little more information.

Sounds like a job for the Hard Drive Marine LC-7.

This unusual craft can beach itself and then “walk” its way onshore. Here’s a video.

How much you looking to spend?

ETA: Check your PMs.

Based on the materials we need to transport, what we need is about 39m to 64m LCT. The location of the project is in Australia. So, we we’re looking a company which is nearer and easy to deliver the LCT.

Thanks,
Raymond
