Is "Dine-Around" the only progressive dinner tour in Chicago?

I’m going to Chicago in May for the National Restaurant Association show, and my husband and I are interested in doing a progressive dinner tour one night.

All I can find is Dine Around, but the information I can find now doesn’t jive with the information he found a couple weeks ago. I’m wondering if this is the only option?

Can any locals (or anyone who is familiar with Chicago) help me out?

I have to ask a stupid question (don’t tell Cecil). What’s a progressive dinner tour?

You get on a tour bus or otherwise chauffered transportation and are taken from one upscale restaurant to another: one for hors d’oeuvres, another for the main course, and yet another for dessert. During the driving portion of the evening, a tour guide draws your attention to points of interest.

Hello,

I am from Chicago and had the chance to take this progressive dining tour. Let me just say that we had a blast!! I had noticed that their website had recently changed, but I think that is because they added some more info or something. This tour is a really fun way to check out some of Chicago’s great restaurants. They have been around for a couple of years and we plan on going back. We met people from all over and enjoyed some really great food from our home town. I hope that this helps!
