I’ve seen multiple threads showing the duplicity of Fox News over the years. Perhaps instead of just saying it over and over again, you could start a thread showing us how MSNBC is just as duplicitous? I’m afraid that, in light of all the examples shown so far concerning Fox, just repeating “They do it toooo!!” just doesn’t cut the mustard.

I hate to stereotype but I tend to think that a message board filled with intellectuals & most likely a lot of people in academia would lean towards the left & therefore would be more prone to creating those types of threads. My eyes, ears, and brain give me all the proof I need to see how biased MSNBC is (as well as FOX). If you choose to ignore reality for personal reasons then you are free to do so.
Yes, MSNBC is biased. It is obvious from their story selection.
But they cover the stories fairly. They don’t make shit up, or lie by omission, as Fox consistently does.

Both FOX and MSNBC (or whatever other “lefty” network you want to bring up) are biased towards supporting aggressive foreign policy, the expansion of the surveillance state, and corporatism. FOX tells some whoppers and it’s fun to give them shit because they’re incompetent and hilariously out of touch, but at that point you’re basically complaining about the window dressing.

I never said I was giving a definition of proof. My informed opinion concerning Fox News is based on numerous links to things Fox has done and said, links provided in this thread and others. That is how we intellectuals from academia tend to form our opinions, I’m sorry to say. How do you people that aren’t intellectuals and do not frequent academia form your opinions?
It’s a shame you waste your intelligence so vehemently defending MSNBC. They’ve certainly done a number on you. Do you also believe politicians are looking out for the good of the people? Anyone who knows anything about business knows that both FOX & MSNBC are precisely that. They cater to their market & they skew their facts to accomplish that. I apologize that I don’t spend my time documenting all the flaws of a news network that I don’t like. What’s obvious is obvious, and MSNBC is obviously biased, shouldn’t take more than half a brain to realize that.

And I have yet to see anything other than “They do it tooo!” to counter all the examples given for Fox’s misdeeds. If you think MSNBC is just as bad as Fox, the onus is on you to provide the evidence supporting your positive statement. Do your own damn homework.

If MSNBC is just as bad, how about you post some equivalent examples from them? You don’t even have to match them one for one, a handful will do.
