Dear Penthouse, I never dreamed this would happen to me but I once worked with twin sisters who were in fact Lesbians who did in fact maintain a torrid sexual relationship in addition to their sisterly one and who could be prevailed upon to demonstrate the depth of their relationship during certain orgiastic circuses I, my ex-wife, and some of our friends sometimes attended. I swear this is a true story; they were Vietnamese, not that that matters, and they were two of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen.
You’re right, that was actually pretty funny.
Also, I’m now in favor of gay incest. That was hot.
Gay incest? That’s awesome, like a Chuck Norris roundhouse to the baby Jesus’s head.
If that’s wrong I don’t ever want to be right!
Note to Miller’s brother: Do not hand him that joint!!!
Oh, my goodness, there was some tongue action going on there, wasn’t there?! Hot, indeed (although all three boys seemed rather…filthy. Is showering “out” again, or is that the weed?)
As for the OP, I’m a great proponent of informed consent. If it’s adults and it’s consented to then have at it, I don’t care who you are. It’s all totally irrelevant to me unless you’re trying to sleep with me. So, as I have no sisters, gay incest can’t ever be my business.

This video is scary and involves the topic at hand.
You don’t eat or sleep or mow the lawn…
Did they have spin-chairs?
I honestly don’t understand why anyone would have a problem with two brothers or two sisters having sex. Most people have a great deal in common with their siblings, and the bond they have with each other can be the foundation of a genuinely loving relationship.
And I’m not so sure the commercial isn’t homophobic. Why would it be considered stupid to love your brother and to express that love?
I don’t know what a spin-chair is; I didn’t see anything other than normal furniture during the swinging sessions I attended.
Incest being illegal is really a matter of ethics, not biology. The greater danger of offspring with genetic defects only applies if both parents carry the defect, or have a certain combination of genetic traits that will lead to the defect. This can happen for any couple, not only for couples closely related to one another. Granted, the risk is probably higher, but nevertheless the risk is there for all couples. Testing could minimize it.
Ethics considered “standard” in many countries rule out incest. However, there are movements to legalize it if it happens between consenting adults. If such a movement were to be successful, I do not see why it should not apply to homosexual relationships.
Nothing to add to the debate but I thought I share none the less.
I remember once when me and my sister were quite young.
My sister somehow learned how to give a hickey. (How she learned it and who she learned it from; I don’t know and I don’t want to know.) She then proceeded to show me the “cool” new trick she learned by giving ME a hickey.
We were both too young to realize that this had any sexual connotations. But still, it creeps me the hell out every time I think about it.
Which hasn’t been in a long while until I jumped into THIS stink’n thread.
[Shakes fist at Valteron!!]
The commercial is “incestophobic” to coin a term, but not homophobic, necessarily. The guy in the back seat does not seem to object to the same-sex status of the kissers. They could have gotten the same message across with a boy and girl in the front seat. My guess is that since the commercial is directed to youth who are “cool” with homosexuality but still find it offbeat, they figured two hot young guys would add an extra element of interest. I am 59, not 18, but my guess is that the average Canadian (and probably American) teen is titilated by the kissing until it is revealed that the guys are brothers.
I am gay and I have a “geuinely loving relationship” with my siblings of both sexes, but I have never mouth-kissed them with my tongue in their mouths. Does a relationshiphave to include sex to be “genuinely loving”?
I agree. I can’t imagine my love for my siblings, or even my close friends, being expressed in a sexual way. Gross. There seems to be a real, instinctive thing going on there. My brother could turn into the most attractive man on earth and I can’t imagine expressing anymore love towards him than socking him in the arm.
But that’s me. I don’t think gay incest should be illegal. I’m in favor of the “be it harm none” thing. Don’t understand gay incest, but whatever.
There are a couple of gay twin porn stars I know of who will pose nude with each other but to the best of my knowledge, won’t have actual sex, other than participating in three-ways, etc.
I could kinda see recreational sex between siblings in theory. The thing I don’t understand is when they advocate for their rights as two people in a romantic, committed love relationship. How does that come about? It doesn’t seem like something that naturally occurs in nature very often.
Come on, people, now, smile on your brother. Everybody get together and love one another right now!
I think it was at Scientific American where I read recently that the incest revulsion instinct (in normal people) is triggered by seeing your mother care for another person. I’ll have to dig that up.
You can dig it up in Post 16, and the excellent refutation in Post 20. Simply because sibling-type people don’t marry doesn’t mean they’re not having sex or sex play.
Jesus, will you guys go into another room and google the Milton twins or something? Sheesh!
For some reason the idea of twin brothers strikes me as hot whereas regular brothers strikes me as slightly odd. In general, there are three issues with incest - 1) religious / moral customs / legal code, 2) genetic issues, 3) psychological & power issues.
For issues with incest that are traditional or merely code based from a religious or legal standpoint, usually the fact that it’s a homosexual relationship is going to overshadow the incest factor.
Genetically, yeah obviously this isn’t an issue for gay relationships. I find it slightly related to the issue of a married straight couple for whom the male is infertile, and they solicit sperm from another male relative. This seems to be fairly less taboo (based on preponderous of TV plots anyway lol) as people don’t generally see it as related to incest issues.
The only issue I could see is psychological / power issues. Obviously if either party is a minor then you get into the same problems as any relationship where one party is an authority role - such as a male professor with a legal age female student. If both are of legal age, but one is an uncle or father, there could still be issues - even though they are both consenting adults, there is often a lingering authoratative differential that could consciously or unconsciously lead to one party being taken advantage of. With brothers, it might depend on the age differential. It would probably depend on how the relationship developed. I would say it isn’t unethical, but but for inherent internal reasons, as well as the problems from it’s societal status, it’s more likely to attract issues than a non familial relationship.
That said, a lot of otherwise straight brothers do sexually experiment with each other in their youth, usually only to the extent of mutual masturbation, and it’s often just seen as a youthful indiscretion.
