Put audio recorder in room. Set to record. Sleep. Get up and play recording back.
But seriously, if you do snore a lot, get a sleep study and hopefully get a CPAP. I noticed the difference in how rested I felt after a couple days. If you’re a person who can’t fall asleep with electrodes on your head, that is unfortunate. Course if it’s really bad, you will be too tired to notice electrodes.
My ‘stop breathing rate’ went from roughly once a minute without CPAP, to once an hour with it.
