Before we measure the electricity entering into a circuit and the various forms of energy exiting, we must revise our notion of the atom. Our present model of the atom is flawed and probably for a reason: to prevent us from taking “free energy nonsense” seriously enough to convert a transient into a secondary, yet, significant and renewable energy source.
What is the atom?
If our atomic theory is to allow for free energy, we must use logic which supports the recycling of … what? What could we possibly reuse?
Let us assume that the atom is not made up of neutrons, protons and electrons (although electrons comes the closest since it exhibits electron volts). And let us dismiss time as a fourth dimension. Let us make time one of the subatomic forces which binds one or the other of the remaining two forces to itself as a monopolar, virtual action without reaction. And let these two other forces be the well-known: electromotive and the magnetomotive in their pure and quiescently virtual state of non-change.
Now we have a pair of opposites which are the mirrored reflection of each other. In other words, the complete denial of each other. Each is the consequence of the other if action were to be allowed to have a consequence.
But in this quiescent state of non-reactability to action, no measurements can be made and no observations can be discovered. We may only infer this as a theory to support what can be measured and observed.
This is the aether; something Dmitri Mendeleev chemically postulated as being two pre-hydrogen elements to his famous periodic chart of the elements. He named these two: ‘x’ and ‘y’ for lack of a better terminology available to him.
But we may know these two elements as EMF and MMF in their pure form devoid of their combination resulting in watts composed of voltage and current.
This latter materialization is dipolar and atomic (beginning with hydrogen). Here, in this theory, the atom’s neutron, proton and electron have been replaced with time, magnetomotive force and electromotive force in a combined state exhibiting atomic frequency causing atomic weight.
Now, we may reuse EMF and MMF if electricity is segregated within a circuit congregating voltage dominating current in one section and current without any voltage in a counterpoised section and current out of phase with voltage by exactly 180 degrees. Now, current flows backwards in time in as much as it offers negative resistance and flows from the area of no voltage towards the segregated area of higher voltage. It is not flowing against pressure; it is being pulled by the pressure of voltage as a centripetal action. {Conventional current exhibiting positive resistance obeys the laws of thermodynamics since conventional current is centrifugal radiating outwards from itself in a dissipative fashion.}
This segregation makes it possible to manipulate EMF and MMF from the standpoint of dipolar atomic materialistic electricity despite the usual impossibility for this to occur within the virtual state of the aether since these two forces are aetherically out of reach in their pure form. But in their materialistic form combined into electricity, they are manipulatable given sufficiently extreme circumstances are in our favor to do so.
We do not consume electricity. Electricity is consumed by time. And we do not consume time. Time consumes itself whether or not we take advantage of it as it consumes itself.
We do not make electricity. We synthesize it by reusing its two forces of the EMF and the MMF. Or, we decompose electricity - and, thus, return it back - into its three constituent ingredients in which time is bound to either MMF or EMF in a virtual state of non-changing aether.
Change always involves a duplistic structure of opposing forces. This is the nature to reality as we know it. This creates dipoles. The battery has two terminals of opposing charge - that’s a dipole. A circuit whose current is out of phase by 180 degrees with its voltage and segregated into two camps in which either current or voltage predominates is another dipole whose existence can significantly replace the importance of a battery or connection to the utility grid.

Compared to many on this board, I am ignorant of the finer points of physics. (not so ignorant that I don’t understand the second law of thermodynamics, mind you, but still comparatively ignorant.) However I understand English quite well. I have a passing understanding of logical exposition. I also have a relatively well developed ability to assess the intent of arguments.
I don’t understand the OP’s stated premise, his amended premises, his augmented premises, nor the relation of his supportive references to any of the above. They resemble explanatory writing only in some minor semblance of form. I believe this may be entirely an exercise in click-baiting. The patience of several posters (whose actual understanding of physics I have seen for decades) is far greater than civilized behavior warrants. I recommend a transfer to the pit, where appropriate language will allow a more clear explanation of my point.
