I have often wondered if it would be possible to declare the property that my home sits on a soveriegn nation. What steps would I have to take declare it such? A letter to the goverment? To the United Nations? Would I have to set up relations with the United States just to leave my own front
yard? I’ve heared that a company declared a defunct military base off the coast of England a nation. What are the requirements of being a nation? Am I obsessed?

Basically, you can declare anything you want, its getting other people to accept that declaration thats the hard part.
