happy days. The follow up program last night answered my question. This time they used a younger fresh corpse. This time they had to cut the skin away from the flesh from the muscle fat underneath as it was stuck quite firmly. The ease with which they peeled away the skin the first time was due to the fact it was a corpse preserved in formaldehyde which I hadn’t picked up at the time (I wasn’t listening too hard to the commentator, just gawping as I had never seen a dissection before). So I guess one could be a cannibal or skin collector, but not both easily.
Been there, Bill. One thing you’ve got to be sure to do is to have the rope tied securely. Saw the rope slip loose one time and the resulting half-skinned carcass swinging wildly to and fro from a tree limb while grown men dove for cover was a sight both hysterical and horrifying at the same time.
