Do you think it is wrong to hunt naked women with paintballs? I say it is wrong, but should not be illegal. This activity can surely hurt women, but they have a choice to join in or not. I think this whole thing is sick, but I wouldn’t make it illegal.
This is all assuming this is real.

Please keep in mind this has just as much to do with the actual sport of Paintball as carjacking has to do with the Indy 500.
If the women are willing particpants, then yes, it’s legal.
It’s definitely stupid, and dangerous without the proper safety gear (actual paintball sports have a lower injury rate than golf or bowling) and a case could be made the pimp… I mean the guy organizing the thing, is coercing the women into doing something dangerous they would not have otherwise chosen to do.
If this is in fact real, and not a very elaborate prank- which it’s shaping up to be- somebody should suggest to the ladies that they sue the jackass for a couple million.
Paintballs and paintball guns are indeed predominantly harmless and nonlethal, but they can still raise a welt and/or break the skin. Without the mandatory goggles, of course, there’s a serious danger to the player’s eyes.
If the girls want to be “hunted” then more power to 'em. At least give 'em a string bikini and a good set of paintball goggles.

I’ve played paintball, and I dated a fellow who was a rather good paintball player, so I’ve seen the aftereffects firsthand.
Folks, being shot with a paintball does leave bruises. Sometimes they can be embarrassing – I remember one on my old love which could easily have been mistaken for a hickey! There are also, I believe, rules about not shooting someone who’s within 10 feet/3 meters of you because it could hurt someone too badly.
I’ve got to go with the OP. I can’t see why a woman would volunteer for this, and I’m a bit repelled by the mindset of both participants, but I can’t bring myself to make it illegal. I’m too much of a Libertarian, I guess. Besides, there are much more things for a naked woman to do!
