Is Jerry Seinfeld coming back to prime-time?

Just saw him on Letterman and I was thinking is this the start of a new series? I hope so.
(btw my jaw dropped a little when he said mo’fo’)

I saw this too…butI doubt it meant anything. Have you checked out “Curb Your Enthusiasm” on HBO? That is by Larry David (he writes and stars in it), the Producer and Writter on Seinfeld. I think it is a great show about nothing, like Seinfeld was.

There can b only one Kramer

Let’s hope not.

Sorry, but Jerry has lost his edge. That was one of the lamest stand-up routines I have seen in quite some time. Were he not Jerry Seinfeld, the routine would have been met with dead silence, IMHO.

I have noticed in the past that the birth of a child seems to have the effect of destroying a comedian’s edge. Why is that? (Just adding another general question to the mix to keep this forum-appropriate…)

Humor is a byproduct of pain. The birth of a child replaces that pain with joy. No more funny-man.

Give the child some time, the pain will return. A different kind of pain, however.

Y’all have obviously never seen stand-up by Bill Cosby. What a brilliant man.

Jerry has way more than enough money & most of the time he seems to not even accept any more. I remember he did a one person show & told the people that he would refund all their money & pay for them himself.

I don’t think he’s about to begin another show.

Ahhh, g’head an ruin my WAG, wydoncha?
