I did a search for lekatt, and it seems he only ever posts in GD, and usually it’s about religion. Occasionally he’ll wander into another topic, but not often.
Or he’ll post in a hypothetical situation, and ignore the requirements, and keep insisting it doesn’t matter.
It’s pretty damned annoying. So I’d vote stupid and a one trick pony. And a smug, condescending asshole.
I’d vote for pathological. Normally I cut a lot of slack for mentally ill people, but in Lekatt’s case, I just plain ran out of both patience and pity.
In fact, I remember the day I finally Gave Up on Lekatt. It didn’t feel sad at all. It was more like when a scab finally falls off and there’s clean, healthy new skin underneath. Aaah.

That’s the whole thing. I’m an atheist, but I have had fruitful discussions with theists on this board (particularly Liberal). But lekatt has that maddening combination of willful ignorance, resistance to evidence, arrogance, and smug condescension toward those who don’t ‘get’ it that absolutely drives me up a fucking wall.
He’s like listening to some pothead who thinks he’s said something profound.
I have no earthly idea what he’s talking about, because it’s all purple prose, all style over substance. A truly open-minded person would not assume to have all the answers, and insist that he or she is right all the time, and that we’re the ones with a problem.
And if what DocCathode says about his background is true, then that is truly sad.
