Is Luveshkin (or Luvechkin, or Luvishkin, or Livichkin) a real name that exists in Russian, or a real word that exists in Russian?
Edit: By “name,” I mean family surname.

Googling /luveshkin/ yields no meaningful hits. Entering /luveshkin/ in a translator and calling for Russian converts to the closest approximation, /Овечкин/, “Ovechkin”.
Google does bring up one sorta hit. Someone asking about who is the best “Lu” in the NHL. Meaning between Luongo, Lundqvist, Lucic, etc. Someone else said ALuxander Luvechkin.
(for non-fans he means Alexander Ovechkin)
