So apparently the news today is that this weekend McCain is focusing on a big economic alternative to Obama. He tried to make it about Obama and nobody is interested. What McCain doesn’t realize is that every second he spends talking about Ayers or anything non-economy related is an opportunity cost. You don’t appear competent on the economy by coming up with a plan supported by X number of economists. You do it by talking about it constantly. Obama is a smart cookie. He’s been talking about it constantly. He brings everything back to the economy.
As for Palin? Jesus H. Christ they seem stupid with regards to her. They sent Palin to Madison Square Garden and she was met with boos. Send backwater hick Palin to a Flyers - Rangers game? How stupid could they be? Using her as the attack dog is particularly dangerous too because she inspires way too many ugly feelings.
