Look around you. Are there certain things, that on closer inspection, do not make sense? Are certain buildings only partially built, like a stage set? Do you have the scientific equipment to verify that you are actually on Earth, instead of another planet?
A smartphone should, if there is Internet service available, get the time from there. If not available, you may need someone to call or text you to get the time fixed.
Of course, do check your time zone and see if that got messed up. If the phone is resetting to an earlier time, that suggests that it got reset in some way. So maybe the timezone got messed up, too.
Ya call it a smart phone? It be a stupid phone. The battery runs down fast too. Probably a new phone soon. Bigger screen though. I use the phone for work. Hard to put text in with being “half blind!”
