According to this article on the Spybot website, the guy who owns Spybot recommends using Mozilla Firefox, so I would find it highly surprising if it’s spyware. I would guess that the “Mozilla” entry in the file is referring to some piece of spyware, not the browser, that happens to also be named “Mozilla” (as someone postulated earlier in the thread) or that it’s just an erroneous entry.
