Yes I recall the letter OJ wrote before the Bronco chase, it was Robert Kardashian who read that letter on TV. OJ was staying at his house before he was going to turn himself in.
The speculation was Kardashian also needed to reactivate and become OJ’s attorney to avoid testifying. Kardashian received possessions from OJ immediately after the murders occurred (a Louis Vuitton garment bag in particular), and some believed it contained incriminating evidence including the murder weapon.
To date, the knife in question has never been found.
You seem to be assuming that it’s an either-or. As I said, I’m pretty sure OJ did it; I just wasn’t clear whether police could have tampered with any of the key evidence. This premise doesn’t require them to have manufactured all of it; merely to have moved key pieces around to implicate OJ more strongly. But your and Moriarty’s point is taken; there doesn’t appear to have been any opportunity to do so.
I think Kardashian got the garment bag from OJ at the airport when he got back from Chicago. He flew there the same night as the murders and flew back when he was told Nicole was dead.
Another interesting fact is when the police told him via phone his ex wife was dead he never asked them what happened.

Probably. His response should have been “Which one? Nicole or Marguerite?” He also did not ask if his children were okay, which any normal innocent person would have done.
yes the police leave out details when they tell you things about a crime or potential crime to see your reaction. My GF had the police show up a few years back and start asking questions about her former roommate. They eventually told her the person was dead and it was likely a suicide which they later verified it as suicide.
I still think the thoughts in OJ’s mind that he knows whether he is guilty or not and hopefully the guilt, will consume him until the day he dies. He has never been the same. People never look at him the same. His family will never be treated the same.\
Not guilty does not mean innocent.
the other day OJ said “Being a felon is not so bad” even though he did 8 years in prison for the robbery. He seems to be back to his partying ways in Las Vegas now from all reports. I doubt he worries about being guilty of 2 murders. He figures he beat the murder charges and he’s not paying the money from the civil suit. Maybe he will screw up again and wind up back in prison for something else but i don’t think so.
It was also the “racist” cop Mark Furman who responded to the domestic dispute where OJ beat up Nicole. Furman saw it was OJ, was in awe, and pretty much treated OJ like a hero.

are you questioning whether he was married twice? It’s an easily verifiable fact. He had three kids with his first wife. He cheated on her with Nicole.
I think he’s questioning the issue that the the police told him that his wife died and he didn’t ask which one. If I recall correctly (and I could be wrong) I thought they told him right from the start that Nicole died, and didn’t leave the “which wife” question open.

Not asking how she was killed isn’t quite as suspicious as not asking which ex-wife is dead, IMHO. Annie has a habit of posting dubious “facts” or plain wrong ones (another corrected in the post above mine) for her not to get called on it. Not that I expected her to answer.

BTW the case is not open by the LAPD , they say OJ did it and there is no reason to keep the case open to waste time on it.
