Is "Organized Crime" better then Disorganized crime?

We have no history of organized crime in the sense of the Mafia but we certainly have organized crime in the sense of groups of "professionals"working for a similar goal.

In our case unprofessional or disorganized crime is more dangerous. Guns are easy to come by and desperate or nervous criminals will easily shoot someone if they get spooked or even feel threatened. They might also shoot someone for kicks, or racist reasons or aggressiveness. In that sense "organised"crime is better as they are better prepare and more professional and therefore less likely to kill or attack someone for no reason. They just want the car or the household goods with as little hassle as possible. And it’s a lot easier to replace your car than your life. (This is just my observation in the African context and I have no direct reference to back up my opinion)

That being said, I don’t think organising your crime is a good idea - I favour exporting it to neighbouring countries.

Come on! Nobody is that organized.
