Is Sidney Powell insane?

They’re printing all the documents on that flimsy paper with Trump’s name in red?

She was fired because she took precious attention away from Giuliani. He’s going to get that $20,000 a day for his, ahem, legal services, and nobody else.

For those of us who don’t get “The Mule” reference - huh?

From Asimov’s Foundation series, specifically Foundation and Empire.

The Mule was a mutant who had the power to alter people’s emotional states. He used that to change former political opponents into fervent supporters.

If you like science fiction at all, you should really read Asimov’s Foundation series. In particular the original trilogy, Foundation, Foundation and Empire and Second Foundation.

… and he was eventually stopped by the Deep State.

56% of Republicans believe Q-anon is mostly or partly true. Powell is not insane, she’s just Republican.

Republicans are in general so misinformed as to be delusional, she’s just one with a platform and enough status that people nod their heads when she starts saying stupid shit.

she probably doesn’t know Chavez is dead. Or maybe she forgot about his death. It was not a big story here that I recall.

The best part about dead folks on the opposition is they don’t issue denials when you invent crazy stuff about them. So of course she’s citing Chavez; he’s an ideal opponent.

It’s about like taking martial arts practice against this guy and thinking you’ll do well against real people.

Evidently still insane.

Snarky highlight:

Taitz said she was willing to give Trump’s team “whatever help they need,” but said she wasn’t sure they would need assistance because they were “prominent, very capable attorneys.” Giuliani, the recent unwitting star of “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm,” did not respond to HuffPost’s request for comment on WhatsApp.

That’s only because HuffPost had the wrong journalist reach out.

Yes, there are “better” pictures, but since we aren’t sure what he’s touching in those, I didn’t want to break any forum rules around obscenity

I somehow got on the mailing list of an outfit called “The Populist Press”. Their latest breaking email alert, which I just received mere seconds ago, is:

Sidney Powell files her lawsuit tomorrow and one of the biggest stories today is that “Kraken” is DoD cyber warfare program and Sidney Powell is a military Tribunal lawyer who can bring treason charges. There are no conspiracies but also no coincidences. There’s a big storm brewing here with Sidney and it’s probably why Trump had to distance from here because the DoD is about to release the “kraken”.

As long as the Kraken eats the Populist Press I’m not sure it’s such a bad thing to release. Or as Mr. Burns might say:

I know what it means when I announce that I am going to “release the kraken,” and I have a feeling the two events will not be completely dissimilar.

When Lou Dobbs thinks your conspiracy theories are too crazy for Fox, I believe that insane might even be an understatement. I’m pretty sure she’s entered wiggida wiggida wiggida wack territory.

Sidney at her finest, on Lou Dobbs:

I love how that’s now a unit of time, and I didn’t even have to pause for a single second to figure that out!

but she’s not Randy Quaid crazy

It’s like Randy is auditioning for a part in a movie that doesn’t exist.

Oily gazes into the future: “I wouldn’t be surprised if Donald Trump, if he does not succeed in this election, will be the new civil rights leader, where we will have to fight for our civil rights,”
And I wouldn’t be surprised if he spent long days writing his memoirs.
