If a hundred little girls tell their parents that I sodomized them, will I go to jail?
It’s just their word against mine, even if it’s 100 of them if they have no proof then I can’t go to jail right? The entire community could say I’m a pedophile for years, getting sexual with children, never raping them but performing other sex acts towards them. There is no evidence of this besides word of mouth.
Your thread title is so misleading as to verge on trolling. Of course sodomizing a child is not legal in any state. What you are asking is whether personal testimony is sufficient to convict someone without corroborating evidence.
