Aye, they toured the UK back in the '90s. They might even be coming to the UK now, as I know the band recently reformed and is currently touring in support of their first new album in nearly 20 years, Freedom.
No but if you think so that is fine. Personally I don’t find ANY album “best album ever”. Certainly not anything by the Beatles or Pink Floyd. Same goes for “most beautiful woman” or anything like that.
So PROTOBOARD, you are right it is all subjective. I have never heard that album get much praise, or Talk Talk for that matter. They sure have good music to me, but I have never heard them labeled as a “great” band. Hardly the most commercially successful group of the 1980’s, which mind you does not take away from them being good.
