Is The Bushehr Reactor a RMBK-Design?

The Russians built Iran’s first nuclear power reactor-which is now being fueled up. What kind of reactor is it? I hope it is not the old graphite core/RMBK type (which blew up a Chernobyl).
Anyway, is this reactor capable of being run by Iranian personnel? Or will Russian technicians be there to run it?
Second: should Israel try to destroy this reactor, what would happen? Would an attack cause massive contamination?

According to wiki its a VVER reactor with a water moderator, not graphite. So no Chernobyl.

The reactor also has a conventional containment dome, unlike Chernobyl. Even if the reactor melted down, you would have a TMI, not a Chernobyl. No one died at TMI.

The Russians will be loading the fuel rods and then unloading the spent fuel and taking it back to Russia for reprocessing.
