Is the evidence linking Bin Laden to 9/11 weak?

It seems like there’s a lot of evidence Khalid Mohammed is responsible but little direct evidence Bin Laden had anything to do with it. I also know that technically he was wanted for the Embassy bombings and not 9/11.

Do you think he had relatively little to do with the attacks aside from maybe moral support or is the evidence he was directly involved in the plotting pretty strong?

There was a video recording of him watching news coverage of the attacks and talking about his expectations for how much damage the planes would cause. Let’s call that moderately strong evidence.
