Yes, there is a limit to how many things the immune system will be able to react to.
That is there are only so many differnet kinds of antibodies possible (millions if not billions of possibilities).
I suppose there is also a point where your body will be so filled with antibodies that they’d start cross reacting with each other or continuously inflame the body. Probably resulting in your death.
