Is there a rest stop along I-5 with a tree from each state?

My husband remembers going to this rest stop once, but he can’t remember where it was–Washington, Oregon, or possibly northern California. I guess there was a row of 50 trees with a label on each one, or something like that. Anybody know?

This is kind of a long shot, since I don’t even know if I heard right, and it’d be 30 miles out of the way in any case. My mom told me once, I think, that Agnews had a tree from every state planted there. Driving past there, I see some unusual trees, but only a few. Of course, that doesn’t disprove anything; almost everything there was bulldozed a few years ago to make way for office buildings and a Safeway.
