Is there a UK aircraft registration database?

The FAA has a database where people can look up aircraft registrations. Is there a similar service in the UK? (I’m trying to see if Tipsy B Trainer C-AISC still exists. The link shows it in 1975, which is the latest photo I found.)

I put “UK aircraft registration database” into Google. This was the first link it found: https://siteapps.caa.co.uk/g-info/
