Why do you think it can be modified at less cost? The DoD’s judicial system only covers 1.4 million members of the armed forces. Why do you think they can administer justice for a country 200 times that size without an increase in cost?

I’d really like to hear you expand on your answer to treis regarding patents. If there are no patents in Libertaria, how does, say, medicine advance?
I’d also like to hear an answer to the question posed (I forget if it was this thread or another of the libertarian threads that have popped up as of late) as to how third party witnesses are secured to testify at arbitration in Libertaria.

You know when people say you get all huffy when someone questions your ideal of Libertarianism this is what they are talking about. You have made claims with specific numbers yet you refuse to back up those numbers we any evidence at all.
