Is there any concern about sitting in front of a large office window all day? (sun/cancer)

I moved my desk, in my office, over near a large window. Because I’m in a downtown area with many tall buildings (and am in one, myself), I don’t really get direct sun on me, but am essentially sitting next to the window all day now. Is this cause for concern as far as risk of sun cancer?

UV rays can’t penetrate glass (assuming your windows are in fact made of same). Note that you won’t get sunburned in a car unless you open the windows/sunroof.

According to Cecil, most UV rays can’t penetrate glass. So tanning is slowed significantly but not completely.
