Just updated to the new iTunes… no shopping cart? I have to buy now, I can’t save several songs and then see what I really want? 
Is the option turned on? I’m on a Mac and for me it’s under Preferences, on the Store tab.

Aah, thank you. The whole “check out the new iTunes!” info never has stuff you really need, like “what happened to my shopping cart?”
Yeah you add stuff to the wish list with the little pull down menu next to the buy buttons, and call up your wishlist by clicking on the pull down menu next to your username in the upper right hand corner of the store window.
