Is there something that can auto-translate Twitter for me?

I follow one twitter account that is in French. Everywhere I search leads me to a greasemonkey script that I can not get to come up due to the web site it is stored failing to load.

Is there something else that will let me translate Twitter right on the twitter page? Does anyone know where I can get the script that does this?

You can just put the URL into Google Translate, like so:
https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=fr&tl=en&u=https%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.com%2FFrance

Or if you use Chrome, you can just right-click on the page and choose “Translate to English” and Google will automagically do it for you.
