Is this a "good" health insurance plan?

I’m deciding which health insurance plan to acquire but have little idea of what’s good bang for the buck and what’s not.

How does this one sound?
Cost: $4,500 a year.

**Annual deductible: **$2,000 in-network, $4,000 out-of-network
**Copay: **70% after deductible in-network, 60% after deductible out-of-network
**Annual out-of-pocket maximum: **$10,000 in-network, $20,000 out-of-network

If it’s for yourself, it’s not a good deal. If it’s for a family, it is.

You also need to take into account pharmacy co-pays, if your physicians are in-network, what the PCP/specialist/out-of-network/traveling copays are, what the ER copay is, if any regular treatments you might receive are covered, and so on.

It’s for me.

Not enough info.
