They deny any such aircraft was ever constructed, designed, nor considered.

Maybe because it’s the Vought Heritage Museum and they thought you had meant to write to the other museum which celebrates Midnight Cowboy, Deliverance and Karate Dog II.

It’s the Vought (or Chance-Vought) firm which manufactures airplanes. You spelled it “Voight,” which is a different name.
It’s a humorous mashup drawn by someone as a joke. I’ve seen a lot of these - one of my aircraft magazines used to include a cartoon like this in almost every issue.
