Yes. I saw it on a news show. It does have trump merch but I couldn’t see it well enough to determine what it says.
AFAIK there is no gift shop in the White House. There are “White House Gift Shops” scattered around the area but they are private businesses and not run by the US govt. Now Trump DOES have an immensely tacky display of merch in the White House but it’s not a gift shop where you can actually purchase those items. That display does include a Trump 2028 hat and he has shown it to dignitaries in the WH. That much is proven on video in the news.

Snopes says that they “found no evidence to support the accompanying claim that Trump was running a MAGA gift shop out of the White House.”
Apparently there is a small gift store in the White Hose used to support injured Secret Service agents, but the hat (or anything with that slogan) isn’t sold there. I just found that there is an official Trump store where “Trump 2028” hats and shirts are available, though.
