Want to watch a panhandler backpedal away? Just suggest mowing your yard, raking leaves or any other kind of real work for the money they want. I’ve done it a few times because I thought the guy was really down on his luck and needed the money. So far I’ve had no takers for any honest work in return for money.
I’m not sure about the law and asking someone to show their chest. On the surface it doesn’t seem illegal, but if the DA somehow claimed it was for sexual gratification then maybe they could twist the law to fit the situation?
I guess you’re right. Your anecdote prove that there are people who want to panhandle just so that they can go home with $14.00, as long as they don’t have to work. :smack:
Seems to me that The Second Stone’s viewpoint would make a lot of what you see at a stripclub borderline solicitation.
The idea of offering a female panhandler money to show her boobs where I live just fills me with revulsion. As a guy who likes women, I’m into breasts (preferably real) as much as the next guy. However, the female beggars around here are truly pathetic & skanky looking. If I saw one of them naked, I would probably puke - seriously.
