Is this "sleep debt?"

Whenever I go an entire day on very little sleep, without napping, I’m completely wiped out the next day even after getting a full night’s sleep.

For example, yesterday I got about 4 hours of sleep at night (whereas I usually get 8 or 9), then worked an entire 9-hour shift at a coffee shop before going out with my friends afterward. I didn’t get to sleep until 2 am, but then I slept a good 9 hours before waking up today. But today I’m really groggy and have already napped twice, and I generally feel wiped out.

Is that “sleep debt?”
