And we’re supposed to believe we can trust the clock there?
I also have all my clocks set correctly but the one in the bedroom. It’s ten minutes fast. Oh, and I don’t bother to change the one in my car to daylight time.

My alarm clock is set to mystery time. I’ll set it to the correct time, but then close my eyes and hold down the minute button for a random period of time. Otherwise if I know it’s 15 minutes fast or what have you, I’ll just spend my early mornings doing subtraction, which is pointless.
I really messed up my step dad once, because he had the complex math thing down for the clock in his car, because he didn’t know how to change it. So of course I changed it to the right time, blowing one of his days to bits because of it.
My alarm clock is between seven and nine minutes fast. I set it for seven, so I actually get woken up around 6:52. It’s entirely a psychological ploy so that I don’t feel like I’m getting up as early as I actually am.
My car clock always ran a couple of minutes fast. Recently, I’ve gotten a new car, so I’m adjusting to having the correct time.
I don’t wear a watch; if I need to know the time, I look at one of the many clocks at work, or my cell phone.
Thanks, Frank. The clocks (and all the broadcasting equipment) at work are all on UPS and generator backup and never flinch during a power failure. But the internet connection in the whole city has been screwy since a couple of weeks ago when it went down for most of a day. They couldn’t find a reason why it went down, and it came back of its own volition. Now it’s intermittent.
Wow, I never realized what an issue this is for me.
I used to set my one and only clock ahead a little bit each week, until it was something like 1:37 ahead. Then I realized that the time is not a matter of my opinion.
All our clocks are within a minute or two of the correct time.
Except my Wifes alarm clock. She sets it 15 minutes fast. This is the only irrational thing she does. I really, really don’t get it, and insist that the rest of the clocks in the house be set to the correct time.
Both my Wife and I are always on time or early. I can’t even remember the last time we where late for something.
I have no idea how accurate the clocks are in my house. That is not my area of expertise. That is my husband’s domain. As long as I have my Bonanza and Judge Judy on tape when I get home, I could not care less what the hell time the clocks say.
Except for my watch. That’s accurate to the time I have at work. That way, I know when the cafeteria is open for lunch.
